Managers can maintain an electronic log of all personnel, incidents, materials and resources coming in and out of a construction site using a mobile device. When a work shift ends, data collected in the field is synchronized in real time – using a wireless connection – to a centralized server. There, a detailed, well-formatted report is made available via the intuitive web interface.
With this solution, multiple paper logs are eliminated, and the data collected can be viewed in context and against historical data, providing a “big picture” view of resource allocation metrics.
