Elevator Safety Inspection

Built for QEI - (Qualified Elevator Inspector) certified inspectors, Mobile Spectrum for transportation generates reports formatted to ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) specifications. The system collects data for elevator, escalator, moving walkway, and hydraulic lift inspections directly from the site. Inspectors use Mobile Spectrum software on a tablet PC or PDA device, delivering the inspection information immediately via e-mail.

This saves inspection time and the burden of having to transcribe written notes from paper forms into a separate database.

Current clients of Mobile Spectrum’s Elevator Safety Inspection application include American Elevator Inspection Services, Reagan National Airport and Washington Dulles Airport.
