Custodial Quality Assurance
Designed for custodial and janitorial service management organizations and their clients, Mobile Spectrum's m-Custodial solution provides the ability to track and monitor cleaning services throughout a facility.
Each location to be inspected is barcoded, and field workers receive a mobile device equipped with a barcode scanner. By scanning each location, the custodial workers provide managers with a real-time look at where they are located on site, the amount of time spent at each cleaning stop, and immediate notification for a work order or other maintenance routine, if necessary.
Managers use the Mobile Spectrum web dashboard to build and view detailed reports covering all aspects of cleaning and maintenance for their facility. The reports also provide metrics to justify service level agreements.
Current clients of Mobile Spectrum’s Custodial Quality Assurance application include Metropolitan Building Services and Reagan National Airport.
